    BHLIS Training Session - 17th May 2013

    The next introductory training session, covering how to get the best out of BHLIS, will be held on the 17th of May at Kings House in Hove. There are ten places available, and if you'd like to come along, please feel free to email your request to simon.ewing@brighton -hove.gov.uk (BHLIS Manager), and we'll get you (or your team) booked in.

    This session is free and open to anyone who is interested (including the public).

    New Report: New quarterly Economic Development Bulletin
    The new quarterly Economic Development Bulletin from the Economic Development Team at Brighton & Hove City Council.

    This is a new format which replaces the previous 'EDNews' and provides additional economic data. This includes a range of key indicators in the local economy and labour market, as well as information about developments and projects currently underway in Brighton & Hove.

    JSNA 2013 Call for evidence
    As part of the 2013 update of the annual Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) summaries, the JSNA team within Public Health is asking for evidence from community and voluntary organisations in Brighton and Hove.

    Census Data Release Schedule: Outline
    Here's a schedule outlining when the upcoming series of Census data releases (from November 2012 through to March 2013) will be made available on BHLIS.

    Each Census update will be available on BHLIS two to three weeks after it's been released by the Office for National Statistics.

    In each case, there will be a time lag between ONS publishing the data, and it actually being available through BHLIS.
